I’m a proud Antigo native, born and raised, and I love serving the community that shaped me. I’m a mom to two energetic boys, and family is at the center of everything I do. I’m also engaged to an amazing fiancé who is a State Farm agent as well, so this business is truly part of our everyday life. Being able to make a difference here at home is incredibly meaningful to me - after all, that’s what being a good neighbor is all about.

I graduated from Antigo High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from UW Green Bay. I started my journey with State Farm in May of 2020 as an Agent Team Member and opened my own agency in May of 2022. We’re currently a growing team of four and are building something special together. Our culture is friendly, laidback, and family-oriented. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the process. Flexibility and creating a supportive, family atmosphere are very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Specialist with Arika Alft State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
